Will the worker with blue hair has helped my boyfriend and I two weeks in a row with buying games, reserving them and picking up a headset. Always chatty and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help customers. Def go here for any game stuff, all the other staff are fantastic too :)

really annoyed because everything but EB games’ preowned games are great. really horrible of them to sell a game with only 1 of the 2 installation discs in the packaging. sure someone trading it in with only 1 disc isnt their fault but they should at least check it has all of the actual game content before reselling it.

Will buy/preorder more from here when I'm around karrinyup.Looking forward to returning.

Incredible customer service by Elliot and Bianca. Just absolutely spectacular customer service by both of them with their attention to detail & willingness to attend to my needs regarding specific product advice/information.Bianca provided assistance to me when I was curious about Pop! Vinyl figures and gave me good advice on starting my collection. Elliot the manager went above and beyond to provide me with in-depth information regarding future releases and assisted in the transfer of my pre-orders to my preferred EB Games branch.It feels great to see people who are incredible passionate about collecting gaming and collecting in the industry enriching others with their experience and knowledge! Bravo! Will be popping in lots!
