Caught public transport up from mandurah specifically to visit the store as it is the closest to me, got there at 2:30 on a Friday to see it was closed. I had checked before leaving their opening hours and even on the door it says that they should be open. I'm sure the store is great but it's quite annoying to not have the right hours listed.

EB Games Bunbury
Only 2 EB games store in Bunbury. This one is the best! The staff were friendly & unlike the other EB games store, they had no problem matching the cost of a game to the lowest price from Big W store. Totally recommend this store before the other. Not corrupt by greed!

Great experience all the way from the good guidance and advice during the sale process all the way to assisting me with a warranty claim with an unfortunately malfunctioning device. Very helpful and understanding team, they went beyond all expectations after some long and confronting back and forth with the actual supplier and. solved any issues I had in less than 24h.

A very congested retail. Lots of foot traffic flow in from mall. A huge range of products. I especially liked the glasses that have speakers built in to lenses. The staff are very approachable and polite, thats a good trait. I took pics of the televisions side by side for a comparison, Samsung, Sony and LG. I actually liked the Hisense tv a very crystal clear picture that stood out.

EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Baldivis
Personally, the worst shopping experience ever and worst EB Games store in Perth that I’ve been too. Just go to Rockingham or Warnbro and save yourself the stress. They weren’t helpful, they don’t smile or make you feel welcome and don’t dare ask questions. It is just not worth it to me and not a cool vibe at all. I’m all about supporting local business but not at the expense of my own shopping experience.

We got excellent advice and service on laptops from Trio.She explained everything fully and calmly and we didn’t feel pressurised or rushed. She was a delight to be served by. Would definitely recommend this store as very happy with service and price. Well done.
