Big thank you to Andrew and Amy for your patience on what must be the busiest trading day of the year (Boxing Day) for helping our son negotiate the changeover / trade from switch lite to Switch. We had problems with his gaming account and Andrew and Amy went above and beyond to help us work out the best way to help him trade up. Nothing was too much effort, even as they helped other customers when the store was flat-out. Thank you both.

Fantastic place. Huge range of things. Friendly and helpful staff. Doesn't get a 5/5 as prices aren't the best usually only being RRP for new things.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was really nice to get straightforward and honest advice from someone who knows the hardware rather than just someone trying to sell me the most expensive product. 10/10 would definitely make the drive to shop here again.

Worst Customer service I've ever experienced !!! Young girl with piercings in nose & everywhere else, rude & went to check on product but stopped & answered phone instead . Boxes on Display but products not in stock ? If not in stock don't have boxes on display !!!! Put sticker on saying not in stock or something . Worst Shop I've ever experienced. Went to Warnbro store & they were the most helpful & we were very pleased.. Will not go back to Rockingham EVER !! . Girl with piercings needs re training
