EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Maddington

Not a bad store. They have some very nice trinkets that even non gamers would appreciate. Just to give an example, My daughter got a nightlight domed Beauty and the Beast rose for my grandy. It really is pretty and the light is touch activated. They seem to have a decent game range and the staff are fantastic. Some of the friendliest staff I've encountered at EB yet (I'm married to a Geek - HIS word not mine lol- so have been to EB a few times). I really like the service there as we have always had polite and friendly service. If you have read my reviews before you will know this is very important to me. I also like the store because it doesn't get too crowded and it's close to Kmart which is good for my Geek if I'm craft shopping. The store is close to the food court and overall a nice place to shop if you are looking for a game or a collectable.

Love shopping here for my son. The place is well stocked or they find or order it in for you and the staff are fantastic! Very knowledgable and helpful and never make you feel unwelcome no matter how busy or even when you have younger children with you who touch and look at products. They always bend over backwards to process refunds or hold items and the Eb games card is great especially if you or a family member spends a fair bit in these type of stores.

I was served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Jessee. He was very helpful and had great customer service. I will definitely come back to Maddington EB Games and buy from there again.

Honestly, EB games stores always have the kindest staff. But Maddington EB Games has gone beyond my expectations yet again with excellent service. When I asked for an item I had not one, not two but 3 staff members searching the store to get me what I wanted. Thanks for the good service guys, you always make me feel like I've gone to just the right place.

Had a excellent experience with this store yesterday.I called up to make sure they had stock of an item I was after and they gladly put it on hold for me to pick up later in the day. When I went in store they were quick to welcome me and happily grabbed the item put aside. Jessee was awesome! Making friendly conversation and asking what games I played. Excellent customer service in this store and friendly staff.

Good place to look for games. The newly store is much better than previously. More lights and decorations. Very attractive stores and easy to locate. Just across Kmart shopping centre. Easy to locate different games and good service. Very helpful staff members.
