A great variety on lots of old and new gen games and consoles. Some of the prices seem a little high, but for the most part the prices are reasonable.

Just a warning to other buyers out there to make sure you research prices asked on products as some are ridiculously over priced. Make sure you are sure on what you are buying as we were told no refunds or exchanges. Poor customer service. Won't be going back.

[screenshot attached] Are you kidding me with this customer service? If you could even call it that... I ask two questions, they answer only one, I ask a further three questions and the lazy response I get doesn't provide any info at all. I've had better experience with people on gumtree and marketplace!! I hope they don't always treat customers like this. I wanted to put my trust in this place to buy a console that works, but it's like they couldn't be bothered to really read and respond to my message at all. To replace my broken ps2 I ended up taking a gamble and buying a new one on marketplace which, thankfully, turned out to work fine. Definitely won't be purchasing any accessories or games from this place though!

Have been to the store a few times and have always had a good shopping experience there, most recently I purchased a second hand ps4, it developed an issue after a few weeks, called them and took ps4 in and have had the problem fixed on the same day and able to collect tomorrow. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.

Chubby dude with the blue hair and painted nails was rude, terrible customer service and gave us store credit for a game that was sold to us broken.Don’t buy from this store because they don’t do returns and only give store credit for items that don’t function as intended.

Took forever to find this place. Didn't help they were doing massive road works on Albany HWY. Then when I did finally find it (it's a tiny unit out the back) it was closed with a very hard to read sign. I have amended the opening hours on Google, guys you could've done this yourselves and saved me the hassle and a two star review..I might be back...

Retro collect is a great place to get pretty much any retro game you want. With very friendly and helpful staff, a nice selection of consoles and games and a great ambience. I personally bought an N64, an atomic purple 64 controller, Mario 64, Superstar Soccer 64 and Banjo Kazooie. All were in perfect working order, and with a quick dust off, the console worked perfectly. I will definitely be back!

Have to give an honest review here. It's a great shop for feeding your nostalgia, but I have to mention the shop attendants here are not very good with their customer service skills. I rang management to confirm some details and get a round about price on what my items were worth. When I came into the store the attendant attempted to deceive me and offer me much less than a fair price. I had to phone store management whilest there to confirm a fair price with the manager and share these details with the shop attendant in order to get a fair price for my goods. The person in the shop was completely useless and dishonest. I have been into the store multiple times and it seems all attendants I've seen working there are lacking in customer service skills and only the manager seems to have an idea of what's going on and how to operate the business effectively. I would recommend hiring shop attendants who offer good customer service skills like displaying unbiased judgement towards potential customers and conducting themselves honestly in order to provide a good reputation for the business. Thank you.

Bright and colourful store filled to the brim with so many games and consoles!! and so much more other hard to find treasures.Met some wonderful and helpful staff over different visits to the stores in both Kelmscott and Mount Lawley.

Completely wasted my time. Called to ask if they purchased Skylanders as I had a large collection which he confirmed he did and to bring them down. After looking through them all which were in perfect condition he said he didn’t want to buy them. Good luck staying in business treating customers like that.Btw the young guy in the store was great to deal with and was embarrassed that his boss acted this way.
